1 has engineered a new line of superior DMX Lighting
Control cables known as E-Pro Digital Safe DMX cable.
E-Pro DMX cables are engineered with the finest materials
to not only survive the rigorous punishment of today’s
entertainment venues but will exceed in longevity without
interference or degradation while providing the ultimate
in flexibility.
Two
stranded tinned copper 22 gauge pairs insulated with
cellular polypropylene yield an amazingly low 15.5 pico
farads of capacitance per foot, providing absolutely
clear data flow. Two twisted Kevlar strength members
and the two pairs are then shielded: first with 100%
coverage polyester aluminum foil, a second shield of
100% braided tinned copper for twice the efficiency
of mere foil shielding. A tough PVC jacket completes
the cable and gives all the rugged protection that is
needed for every day use in harsh environments.

E-Pro DMX Cable Assemblies are featured with all black
3, 4 & 5 Pin Neutrik XLR connectors with gold contacts.
These connectors each feature a rugged die-cast shell,
compact design and a unique chuck type strain relief
to greatly reduce the possibility of the cable pulling
out of the connector. E-Pro DMX Cable is superior for
data transmission and exceeds the specifications of
USITT DMX512-1990.
